All the images in this calendar have been provided by the community, which was invited to submit entries over a nine-month period. At the end of a rigorous three-round judging procedure, the successful entrants were named as: Anna Clarke, Francis Deutsch, Jess Dickinson, Angela Guise, Jenny Harrison, Jean Little, Jonathan Naldrett, Peter Riding and Judith Thompson.

The calendar is a joint project between Saffron Walden Initiative and Saffron Walden Tourist Information Centre. It was designed by Gordon Ridgewell.
